2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Poured from a large bottle into a narrow pint glass to drink. The beer had a slightly cloudy amber-orange color with some sediment and an average-sized foamy white head with some retention and decent cling and lacing. Its aroma featured a malty-sour caramel and earthy-citrus hops with a slight bit of grain. The taste was fairly sour and grainy with a slight citrus bitterness and a light bit of caramel and mash. The beer had a medium density body with low carbonation and a slight creamy body.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
A cartoon caricature of what I dislike about many American IPAs. Drunk as Rhinelander Boatswain. Can’t honestly remember where it came from. Trader Joe’s, maybe? Boozy, corny-malty aroma. Amber color with fading grayish head. Mildly fruity, sweet taste with a harsh bitterness. Thin and a bit hot.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
smell of cake but not sweet smell, fresh lumber. slightly hazy yellow amber w/ solid off-white head. seems more a pale ale than an IPA, given the malt/hop balance, but heavier in the mouth than most pales.. the bitterness stays atop the honeyed sweetness but just barely. clean finish

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle - After trying their regular IPA I was hoping this would have the punch necessary. They don’t get it and I am tired of talking about this. At least this one is a bit bitter.

Pour slightly hazy deep orange with light head. Aroma is citrus, bread dough and grass. Flavor starts sweet moving to a bitter and then sour note. Tine, watery texture and light body with moderate carbonation. Less hopps than expected.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A light coloured yellow with carbonation bubbles and lots of foaming head. Very mild hop aroma. Some hops there but mostly a dry gummy beer. Minimal drinkability.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Nothing really stood about this beer to me, other than it didn’t taste much like an IPA, maybe a pale ale. Had under the Underworld label.

2.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
First off, when you go in expecting an IPA, you will be completely dissapointed. That aside it wasnt unpleasant just not what i expected. It could have been old and lost some hop character. Had more of an ehglish yeast and malt character that an american IPA. It grew on me but feel short on style guidelines
