BBB63 (3681), La Porte, Indiana, USA Jul 13, 2006 On tap at brewery: Pours a clean yellow hue topped by a small fizzy head and a little lace. The aroma is indeed very grassy, a bit lemony, wheaty, and dusty. The taste is surprisingly more bitter than expected perhaps from all that lemongrass in the grain bill. I get some light citric and bready tones, the wheat is subdued and the finish is a dry bitterness. The feel is lively and crisp, a summer refresher and not much depth. A quaffable beer but nothing mind-blowing.
