Our India Pale Ale exhibits a complex hop aroma, largely due to the generous usage of Cascade and Centennial hops, as well as a subtle malt character from the various malts used to achieve the wonderful balance exhibited in a world-class IPA. San Diego has become world renown for the wonderful and flavorful beers produced here – and India Pale Ales are no exception. Our national award winning interpretation of the style reflects both the history of IPA and the American variation of this distinct beverage. We hope you enjoy it! 66 IBU

Tap@bishops vasag. Orange hazy. Nice citrus soft tangerene caramelly nose. Soft, light grainy, fruity orange flavour. Real nice drinkability, soft of fluffy soft. Bitter, caramel sweets. Nice.

A bit mild compared to other IPA’s, but sometimes that’s a good thing. Floral hops, moderate bitterness, citrus and light notes of caramel. Dry finish and good feel.

"Very floral and fairly citrus centered ipa. Nothing outside of the box, but pretty solid all-around. This is the Mission beer I’d choose as a session."

Bottled. Hazy orange color, thin lacy head. Orangey, peachy and sightly berryish hop aromas. Dry, well balanced malt body with caramelly notes. Some dried fruits (raisins) with more obvious hop juiciness and herbal notes in the finish. Resinous hop flavor in the late finish. Bitterness is quite strong, cutting most of the caramel. Medium body, pleasantly smooth carbon. Anyways, it is a bit sweet and caramelly.

Large sized sample poured by the breweries Southern California Market Manager Jenny Ramos during a Beer and Indian food evening in The Clay Oven, irvine, Orange County on 14th July 2014. Mini-haze to my glass, the bottle already being half empty by the time I got to the Mission area. No head to speak of. Expected a bigger hop profile to be honest. There were plenty around and mostly giving the brew a citrus more than a bitter taste and feel. I thought it easy to drink but lacking in interest compared to many of the other beers that were on offer during a lovely evening of good food and great beers.

Flaske: Pilsnergul klar øl med fint skumhoved. Duft af citrus og fyr, men det er smagen der virkelig gør det til en god øl. Citrus bakket op af en god del mango. Lækker øl.

355 ml bottle @ Olutravintola Konttori.
Pours golden color with a small head. Pine and resin on the nose, sweet fruits and hops. Sweet fruity flavor, resinous hops and caramel. A bit too sweet and could be a lot crispier. Decent anyway.

12 oz bottle. Konttori, Tampere, Finland. Clear pale golden colour with a tiny white head. Tropical fruits, pineapple, mild bitterness and sweet malt in the aroma. The flavour is sweet fruits, resiny hops, moderate bitterness and sweet caramel malt. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330 ml bottle @ Konttori, Tampere. Pours a cloudy golden colour with a small head. Aroma of sweet caramel, herbal notes and peach. Flavour is quite juicy with peach, herbal bitterness, wood and grass. Medium bodied and soft carbonation. A very juicy IPA.

Strong hops that linger on the after taste. Not much aroma on the nose, drinkable and solid but nothing I'd write home about. A beer I'd drink again but probably not with lots of other options on tap.
