4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Golden-orange with a slight haze and rich, khaki head. Great aromas balanced between pine needles, papaya, and fresh cut grass. Cascade and Centennial hops take full control of the flavor, lending a very drinkable bitterness and some nice dank, fruity flavors near the end. Finishes bitter and dry.
A classic West Coast IPA.

Has a nice amber color with a a frothy top that is a creamy color. Has a hop aroma but smells a bit tart. It has a strong tart/bitter taste and leaves a bad aftertaste and feel on the tongue.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle. Grapefruit aroma, average carbonation. Very well finished medium hoppy IPA. Slightly bitter finish. Unlike the current trend of IPAs that try to beguile you with mega hops and high ABV, this one is balanced and very drinkable.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Aromas of pine, peach, and citrus. Pours cloudy yellow with a mild head that fades, carbonation carries it onward via my snifters etches. Flavor is more pine, sweet citrus, with a mild bitter finish. Smooth in the mouth with good subtlety.

A simple and refreshing West coast IPA. Not boring but nothing out of the ordinary other than it’s a great tasting beer.

Bottle @ Tommyknocker Helsinki. Light pale straw color with small diminishing head. Bit closed dry nose with some hops and grassy notes. Palate is dry and has nice flavors which are bit short. Not as fresh as I like.
