Our India Pale Ale exhibits a complex hop aroma, largely due to the generous usage of Cascade and Centennial hops, as well as a subtle malt character from the various malts used to achieve the wonderful balance exhibited in a world-class IPA. San Diego has become world renown for the wonderful and flavorful beers produced here – and India Pale Ales are no exception. Our national award winning interpretation of the style reflects both the history of IPA and the American variation of this distinct beverage. We hope you enjoy it! 66 IBU

32 oz can all to myself! Big grapefruit peel hops with a bit of spice & caramel. Light haze, orangey color with a foamy head, off-white with a touch of gold/yellow color. Thick lacing. Light carbonation, good feel but IMO, needs a bit more for the style. Well balanced, quality ingredients, very flavorful, alcohol noticeable. This is damned good and almost great!

Poured into a perfect pint. 3.0 A: Moderately hazed light orange brown color. Just under one finger of frothy off-white head. Retention is below average and just a few wisps of lacing are left. 3.5 S: Citrusy hops - orange, mango, and papaya. A touch of sugary hops as well. Light caramel maltiness and some bready yeastiness. Smells good, but doesn’t stand out among the myriad others. 3.5 T: Moderate bitterness. Citrusy hop flavor with the fruits mentioned above. Bready yeastiness and a mild caramel sweetness. 3.25 M: Medium body. Good moderate carbonation, but a little bity. Light creaminess and a bit chewy from the yeast. 3.25 D: Again, solid all around, but it loses some zeal from the style being ubiquitous. ★ 724 characters DavoleBomb, Sep 08, 2013

Nieco drażniąca i raczej długa. Średnia do krągłej pełnia, niskie do umiarkowanego wysycenie i kwaskowo- goryczkowy finisz z wyraźną nutą alkoholową, rozgrzewająca przełyk.
