COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our India Pale Ale exhibits a complex hop aroma, largely due to the generous usage of Cascade and Centennial hops, as well as a subtle malt character from the various malts used to achieve the wonderful balance exhibited in a world-class IPA. San Diego has become world renown for the wonderful and flavorful beers produced here – and India Pale Ales are no exception. Our national award winning interpretation of the style reflects both the history of IPA and the American variation of this distinct beverage. We hope you enjoy it! 66 IBU

Bottle shared at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Slightly hazy amber. Aroma of caramelly and cookie-ish malt and slightly stale hops, citric and a bit piney. Sweetish malty flavor, a bit of grainy, with a bitter hoppy finish, a bit too short. Medium-bodied. OK, but seems past its prime.

Can pour at home, this came in a one quart can, light lemon amber pour, really nice cities and hop, just the right bite. Love the beer for these guys.

Has a nice amber color with a a frothy top that is a creamy color. Has a hop aroma but smells a bit tart. It has a strong tart/bitter taste and leaves a bad aftertaste and feel on the tongue.

Bottle. Grapefruit aroma, average carbonation. Very well finished medium hoppy IPA. Slightly bitter finish. Unlike the current trend of IPAs that try to beguile you with mega hops and high ABV, this one is balanced and very drinkable.

Aromas of pine, peach, and citrus. Pours cloudy yellow with a mild head that fades, carbonation carries it onward via my snifters etches. Flavor is more pine, sweet citrus, with a mild bitter finish. Smooth in the mouth with good subtlety.

A simple and refreshing West coast IPA. Not boring but nothing out of the ordinary other than it’s a great tasting beer.

Pours a huge head on a hazy straw body. The aroma is pine forest, orange and lemon. Nice. The taste is moderately bitter. Solid. The texture is crisp. It’s a nice, balanced IPA.

Bottle @ Tommyknocker Helsinki. Light pale straw color with small diminishing head. Bit closed dry nose with some hops and grassy notes. Palate is dry and has nice flavors which are bit short. Not as fresh as I like.

Tap at irreale. Light hazy golden, offwhite lace. Light metallic citrus and pine hop aromatics. Fairly light clay and blueberry base, herbal, piney finish. Needs more substance for my taste.
