COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our India Pale Ale exhibits a complex hop aroma, largely due to the generous usage of Cascade and Centennial hops, as well as a subtle malt character from the various malts used to achieve the wonderful balance exhibited in a world-class IPA. San Diego has become world renown for the wonderful and flavorful beers produced here – and India Pale Ales are no exception. Our national award winning interpretation of the style reflects both the history of IPA and the American variation of this distinct beverage. We hope you enjoy it! 66 IBU

Bottle shared at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Slightly hazy amber. Aroma of caramelly and cookie-ish malt and slightly stale hops, citric and a bit piney. Sweetish malty flavor, a bit of grainy, with a bitter hoppy finish, a bit too short. Medium-bodied. OK, but seems past its prime.

Pours a slightly cloudy golden color on tap with fluffy white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of caramel and pale malts, backed by a citrus hop note. Taste follows, a nice bitter finish, good balance. Easy to drink IPA.

Translucent golden pour with a frothy white head. Mix of pine hops with a malt backbone, not as hoppy as a lot of the current American micro IPA’s. The flavor is a little better, very well balanced mix of the hops and a nice biscuit/bread malt finish. An IPA that isn’t focused on being as hoppy as possible but is still really good.

12 oz bottle. Pours hazy golden orange with a medium creamy white head that retains well and laces the glass.

The aroma is piney, dank, oniony hops.

The flavor is sweet bready malts with a a big piney, resiny hop finish. There’s a little onion but not as much as expected from the nose. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation.

Overall, a decent IPA. It has good bitterness but a bit of onion.

Smells hoppy and kind of bittter. Clear golden color with bright white bubbly head. Ooh. The malt hits pretty early then a zing of zest then a barnyard grassy aftertaste. Damn good but kinda malty
