Bottle from this trader named Joe. Orange amber with small, spitty white lace. Nose shows some tropical fruits underneath some sweeter malt, the aromas are there, but they are slightly muted by the malt. Just noticed the bottling date. 4/11/12. Thats a lot older than I prefer my IPA’s but sometimes that hard with beers like this. It’s actually not terrible for being a little over 2 months old. Would like to retry fresh.

Clear orange pour with a white head. Citrus and pine hops, some grass, and a little bit of caramel. Light peach fruitiness, some bread, and maybe some biscuit. The flavor is a little bit sweet, but still has a nice hop bite. Very strong grapefruit and pine notes. Good bitterness on the finish, orange peel, and some hints of grass. Light caramel, bread, and biscuit.

Bottle->SA. Orange/copper with frothy white head. Aroma: citrus and pine hops, light and tart. Taste: floral hops, bitter citrus peel. Decent IPA.

Ughsmash (6671) - Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA - APR 4, 2013
Bottled. Poured clear, light orange with a short-moderate whitish head. The aroma picked up pine and grapefruity hoppage over soft pale and biscuity malts.. maybe a touch old, but well-balanced. The flavor found sweet caramel and biscuity malts at the core, with moderate grapefruit and peppery bitterness around.. finished a touch tangy with nice balance. Medium-bodied with smooth, rolling carbonation on the palate.. very good feel and flow.. nice one.

A decent IPA. Aroma is subtle, obviously an IPA but doesn’t get in your face. The taste is a bit disappointing as a weak IPA, but a good flavor despite that. A nice dark amber with, as someone else said, a ring of white bubbles. Overall a very decent IPA.

12oz bottle. Pour is a bright orange color with a ring of white bubbles. Aroma is spicy hops. Some nice malt, toasty and sweet with the hops providing the excitement. A nice little IPA..

12oz bottle. Good appearance, nice lacing, bubbly head, gold-amber color, translucent. Grassy aroma, good. It’s hoppy alright, not too strong, which I like. Lots and lots of linger and aftertaste, great palate. I liked this one.

Pours deep gold into a shaker. White head with medium retention recedes leaving scant sheets to sicken surface. Resin and pine aromas. Crisp with sweet caramel and bread upfront turning to pine and resin in the lasting finish.

Bottle: light amber pour with medium-sized beige head. Aroma is nice with citrusy hops, pineapple and a bit of caramel. Flavor is malty with caramel, orange, toast, and a small amount of plastic hoppiness. Palate is sweet with a mild bitter. I liked the aroma, but was a bit disappointed with flavor especially the ending.

12oz bottle pours with a crystal clear copper gold body that supports a thin near white head. The modest aroma offers up malt sweetened tangelo and orange wedges with just a dash of tart smelling grapefruit. The taste delivers a nice degree of orange and grapefruit and tangelo like citrus hop bitterness followed closely by snippets of malt sweetened citrus hop flavor. To midway it picks up a modest floral hop note too. Decent enough IPA. If found fresh I’d do this again.
