Pours a clear reddsih brown with a light brown head. Aroma of Danish rye bread and burned caramel. Very full-bodied with a fantastic malt base of roated malt and burned caramel. Short, dry finish with a subdued bitterness. A wonderful Bock. 130608 yespr (6162), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jun 14, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden brown with a lacing tan head. Mild cardboard note but also a nice light toasted malt note. Flavour is medium sweet and breadish malt. Has a light spice note too. Ends without much bitterness just more of the same lingering malt.
