1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20 pdxmickey (33) - Spokane, Washington, USA - OCT 22, 2007
Tap - Very light in color, almost like the micro-brewery had to make something that would appeal to the Bud and Coors light crowd. I guess this is part of having a full selection, but I will pass on this one in the future.
2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 7/20 Sham (1846) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUN 26, 2006
Gold with a foamy head. Wheat and some citrus in the nose. Slight wheat in the flavors followed by a slight nothing. Leaves me with a blah feeling.
2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 BückDich (5467) - McCall, Idaho, USA - MAY 11, 2006
Tap @ Brewpub in Lewiston, ID<BR>Same appearance as the Huckle. Nose of husky light malt, some hop notes. Bland musky malty flavor, finishes light, decent body, ho-hum. This is what they push onto the bud drinkers.
1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20 jake65 (2166) - Williston, North Dakota, USA - FEB 20, 2006
Medium in body & hops, less than satisfying in taste. If I was new to micros, I’d stick to iced tea. This brew is MJ’s black sheep and should be kept in the closet.
1.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 drismyhero (815) - Tacoma, Washington, USA - JAN 3, 2003
Hahaa...this is kind of funny. If ever you are in Lewiston you will understand what I am about to unfold. There is a paper mill on the Snake River that creates an overwhelmingly terrible smell similar to burning ham and cow pastures. The makers of the plant didn’t give much thought to the fact that Lewiston is in a valley so the entire place is just basking in this "odeur de shiznit." Upon entering this bar I thought I had finally rid myself of these toxic fumes, until I tried to Harvest Weizen - the smell came back in the aroma and taste; the wheat used in the beer must be grown in that valley.
1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20 Murphy (1759) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - DEC 27, 2002
Not good. Came off skunky and offensive. I can see why the Bud swiging locals love this stuff.
