Dark brown with mahogany edges. Foamy head and good lacing. Chocolate aroma leads to a mocha touch. Small amounts of bitterness. Flavor again is touched with chocolate and bitter hops. Creamy mouthfeel finishing dry.

Tap @ Brewpub in Lewiston, ID<BR>Black, tan head and lacing. Nose of light maple, very little roast or coffee. Lots of chocoalte, sour and acidic flavor, some kind of infection thing. Very little porter flavor left.

Very drinkable porter. Body is more mild than medium, hints of chocolate, nuts and roasting. Sort of a stock porter for the majority of beer drinkers. I liked the finish the best, it shows character with a modest sense of bitterness.

Reasonable-modest roastiness make this a pretty standard tasting porter. As the beer warmed the roundness of the beer increased a great deal, making it rather tasty: coffee and nuts. Nothing too special though: this was good, but one of the most nondescript porters I’ve ever had.

This porter came off a little thin and wasn’t backed up with a huge taste. Not much of a head or lacing on this beer. A smooth porter ready for the minor leagues.
