Bottle, 17%. Sweet and slightly vinous aroma. Clear dark golden colour. The flavour is sweet with some honey. A bit of alcohol bitterness, but not too bad for a 17% mead.

Clear medium yellow orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy honey, spicy honey, wood, alcohol, dried fruit. Flavour is heavy sweet with a long duration, alcohol, spicy honey, honey. Body is medium, texture is oily - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. [20120320]

Bottle @ yespr. Pours a clear golden amber color with no head. Has a fruity spicy honey aroma with some alcohol hints. Sweetish fruity spicy bitter honey flavor with hints of maple. Has a sweetish spicy honey finish.

Bottle at yespr. Clear orange coloured with a small white head. Sweet aroma of honey and caramel with notes of dried fruits. Sweet and fruity flavour of honey and dried fruits with notes of alcohol. Warming alcoholic finish.

clear brown, small offwhite head. aroma is boozy, honey. mild spicy. Flavor is honey, good flowery and spicy note, very nice spicy layer on top of a clean honey taste with citrussy and flowery notes.

Bottle, 75 cl. Dark amber. Aroma has notes of honey, alcohol, spices, light berries. Flavor is sweet honey with notes of dried apples. Quite refreshing.

Bottled. A dark amber mead. The aroma has alcohol and honey. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, spices, and hiney, leading to a dry honey finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear amber with no head. Vinous alcoholic nose with sweet,spicy and syrupy honey. Solid body, again syrupy and almost Sherry-like honey, some plum and apples. Fairly boozy finish. But nice alright. 200312

75 cL clear bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber with no head. Aroma is honey and fruity. Light cheesy, caramelish and fruity honey. Sweet, light alcohol smoothness. Light sweetness and floral touch into the finish.
