Clear pear color, no head. Sweet, vinous, hints of smoke scent. Leaves oily legs in the glass. Sweet, smoke, honey, tast taste. Smooth mouthfeel, dry tart finish. Also sweet aftertaste. Some warming alcohol.

Bottle at Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2012. Clear green/grape liquid. Aroma of honey, booze, herbs, spices and some vegetables. Taste is light sweet, herbal and light bitter. Medium bodied. A bit weird.

Very pale yellow color. Light aroma of honey, then followed by delicate notes of perfume, flowers, eucalyptus, fruit pie. Semi-dry mouthfeel, with a mineral presence; light and plain mead flavor, with notes of cookies, very light touch of spices and vanilla; the acidity seems to be quite low; in the final there is a pleasant alcohol warmth.
