(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 28 Sep 2012) Pale yellow colour with no head. Floral, fruity nose with notes of grass, green apples and pears. Fruity, floral taste with birch leaves, apples and pears. There’s a fresh character of semi-sweet white wine as well. Almost full body, with a balanced sweetness. Quite nice.

Bottled@SBWF2011. Pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma is honey, mild wood and some slight nectary and floral notes. Flavour is sweet honey, quite "dry" honey and some mild floral and elderflowery notes. Also has a certain white wine like dryness to it.

Clear pale yellow color, no head. Sweet, honey, acidic scent. Sweet, honey, alcohol, acidic taste. Smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Lightly hazy pale golden. Mid sweet with some red berries, Fruity with medium body, soft and mouthfilling. Balsamic, intense and warming. Lovely!
