Bottle shared at gnoff’s mead tasting. Pours pale golden greenish. Aroma is floral vinous honey sweet astringent; pleasant. Flavor is sweet balanced fruity floral apricots ripe pears and a bit vinous. Finishes sweet a bit astringent and floral.

Bottled, thanks gnoff! Extremely pale yellow. Floral clover aroma. Sweetish with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Intensely floral. Light and almost freshening. Some white pepper and mild warmth in the finish. Another elegant mead from Mjödhamnen.

Clear inside of pear color, no head. Sweet, tart, berry, dry scent, also lingonberry. Sweet, honey, nice taste. Honey aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, tart finish.

"Från Göran Sundströms gård i Vänge, 2010", Jäsning påbörjad juni 2011 i Vänge, med honung från 2010. Buteljerad i Hällefors.
Clear light pear color, no head. Tart, acidic, hints of sweetness and honey, alcohol, vinous, some red berries scent. Sweet, vinous, resin, honey taste. Smooth, oily mouthfeel. Warming alcohol. A bit tart finish. Very nice stuff this one.

Bottle at Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2012. Clear light grape/green liquid. Aroma of honey, pear, raw sugar and some light booze. Taste is light sweet to medium sweet with notes of honey and pear. Really balanced. Medium to full bodied with no carbonation.
