COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Weiss beer top fermented, refermented in the bottle. Wise mix of barley and wheat malt, cloudy appearance and golden color. Fresh and pleasant aroma, enhanced by the fragility of the sweet hop. It’s pleasant when cold in the summer for its freshness, and good all year round; it’s the ideal match for every moment of the day. It’s cloudy appearance guarantees for a fresh and true product.

IDENTICA a quella da me prodotta con un kit di mr malt. E’ vivo il sospetto che questo birrificio utilizzi estratti di malto per velocizzare il processo di produzione. La mia weizen mi piaceva considerando che l’ho fatta nella mia cucina. Ma da un birrificio artigianale ci si aspetta di più

Bottle at Pub Papageno, Bergamo’s old city. This hefeweizen has a very large foamy head. Colour is hazy light orange. Quite watery aroma has some banana and yeast. Not very much carbonation. Very easy to drink, can’t really recommend.
