COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bond beer, bottom fermented, refermented in the bottle. Golden blond color, compact foam, balanced aroma with lightly hopped palate. Well balanced and persistent flavor, ideally matches pasta dishes, meat, seafood and medium aged cheese.

Hazy blond color. It has a light aroma of crispy malt, hop, light Saaz as well, and yeast. Dry mouthfeel, a bit astringent, for a too high yeast presence.

Bottle in Bergamo’s old city, Pub Papageno. This pale yellow pilsener has a large foamy head and a nice citrus-like hoppy aroma. Flavor is quite dissapointig after the aroma because there’s not enough of it. It’s very short, watery, flowery and hoppy. A refreshing beer but not tasteful enough.
