COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
From the guys that invented Mmmmbop - Hanson.

After a few years of developing our vision and perfecting our debut recipe, we have premiered in our home state of Oklahoma, and across the Midwest with our flagship beer "Mmmhops", which is a full-bodied delicious Pale Ale, with a unique toasted malt signature and refreshing hop finish.

As a fellow Tulsan quite familiar with the Hansons, I had mixed feelings about this one long before it ever landed on shelves. It’s likely among the strongest brewed by Mustang and one of the strongest pales I’ve had. I was quite pleased with the initial tastes, but it’s the finish that ruins this from being a star. They need to tweak the finish before too many taste this and cross it off their lists. It’s not ready. Go back and rework the recipe and smooth out that awful end.

For mmmhops little to none hop aroma. Cloudy pale with thin head. Refreshing with a bit malt. Balanced well. Okay beer.

(12oz bottle, thank you so much brystmar) clearish gold, find white bubbles. Nose of honey, light American hops, touch of caramel. Taste of caramel, muted hops, touch of honey, pretty dry and very light hops. Nothing wrong with it, but not super great either.

355ml twist-off bottle. Clear amber pour, short-lived head. ARoma is toasted malt, not much else. Flavor is sweet but herbal, like a pale ale in 1990. Not great. Super sweet.

poured a light amber color with aromas of old hops, cardboard, and staleness. Flavors were malt with some light hops, not much hops, meh....

Malty, tea APA aroma. Twist off, bad label, hazy auburn. Very malty and mouthy, woody tones, not that hoppy actually. Chalky mouthfeel. Better than I thought it would be. ABC Liquors, Betton.

Bottle@73159. Clear copper color with lasting ivory head. Peppery, spicy, mild cardboard, dusty pale malt aromas. Medium bodied. Grainy pale malt base brew with toast, tropical fruit, mild pine flavors---decent.

bottle. Pours a golden color with a small off-white head. Aroma is mostly grassy and floral hops with a bit of underlying maltiness. Flavor is light with some bitterness up front that doesn’t stick around. Light bodied and drinkable, if disappointing.

From a bottle, 12 oz. A balanced golden, medium to full-bodied pale ale. Not as hoppy as the name suggests, bur hoppy enough to give it kick. Notes of caramel, pine, citrus. Gets even better if you let it warm up in the glass a little.
