1.5l PETka from the "Pivotel" (pivovar + hotel) in Lety. Hazy golden colour, large and creamy white head, very persistent. Herbal hop aroma. Light-bodied with lively carbonation, grainy malt flavours with a pleasant sweetness, bitter and aromatic hops follow soon, resulting in a bitter-sweet overall character. Light-bodied yet full of flavour. A classic desítka.

Pivní slavnosti v Hostivici 2014. Aroma je příjemné sladové s výrazným kvasnicovým nádechem, připomíná citrus. Pěna je jasně bílá, jemná, vysoká a pomalu mizící. Barva samotného piva je zlatá a silné kalná. Chuť je sladová s nádechem banánů v pozadí, finiš je zemitý, středně hořký a vcelku výrazný. V ústech pivo působí plné, má střední říz a je dobře pitelné. Jedná se o velmi chutný ležák, vysoké pitelnosti.

On tap at restaurant Gurmania. Aroma is bread and malty. Taste is malty and bread, slightly bitter. Well balanced and very drinkable. Bit watery, as you’d expect from 10 degree pilsener, but I actually quite enjoyed it.

On tap at the zvikovske pivobrani festival in Prague. Clear golden with a firm head; plenty of diacetyl and hints of burnt butter sauce; good Saaz character but unremarkable and could use a bit more bitterness

pivnizub (9036) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - MAY 31, 2012
On tap: Deep golden with a very stable creamy foam, leaving rings on the glass, typical "bohemian" nose, slightly bready pale-malt and spicy Saaz hops; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied as expected; slightly mineralic, but mainly bitter-hoppy finish with a soft malty counterpart. A nice desítka…
