3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
1.5l PETka from the "Pivotel" (pivovar + hotel) in Lety. Hazy golden colour, large and creamy white head, very persistent. Herbal hop aroma. Light-bodied with lively carbonation, grainy malt flavours with a pleasant sweetness, bitter and aromatic hops follow soon, resulting in a bitter-sweet overall character. Light-bodied yet full of flavour. A classic desítka.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at restaurant Gurmania. Aroma is bread and malty. Taste is malty and bread, slightly bitter. Well balanced and very drinkable. Bit watery, as you’d expect from 10 degree pilsener, but I actually quite enjoyed it.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at the zvikovske pivobrani festival in Prague. Clear golden with a firm head; plenty of diacetyl and hints of burnt butter sauce; good Saaz character but unremarkable and could use a bit more bitterness

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap: Deep golden with a very stable creamy foam, leaving rings on the glass, typical "bohemian" nose, slightly bready pale-malt and spicy Saaz hops; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied as expected; slightly mineralic, but mainly bitter-hoppy finish with a soft malty counterpart. A nice desítka…
