Some red berries, but more or less entirely dominated by vinegar. Infection has taken over completely, luckily the infection has induced fairly pleasant sour flavours.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden amber with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity and mild citric. Tart, citric and plain sour. Vague fruity to acetic note. Citric finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear deep amber with an off-white head. Tart, berry-like aroma. Light body, again sour berries from a massive lactic infection, that overpowers pretty much anything else. 060413

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy reddish amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and vinegar. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. Infected. 050413

Bottle. Clear dark amber with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, spices and sour. Flavour is malt, vinegar, caramel, sour, wood, little acid and medium dry.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are malt, vinegar, berries and hops. Off brew. Awful.

Bottled (Thanks Papsoe!). Hazy ambery brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some acidic wooden and resiny notes. Flavour is sour wood, some resin, mild fruityness and the palate is rather dry.

On tap at the brewpub / farm / guesthouse. Cloudy brown colour, creamy head. Distinctly malty (carahell) aroma, also notes of yeast, caramel and some pinewood, just a little hops (Saaz). The flavour is very fruity and acidic, unfortunately well on its way to vinegar, some residual sweetness. Minimal hops.
