Tart with light-medium body. Some red berries, but more or less entirely dominated by vinegar. Infection has taken over completely, luckily the infection has induced fairly pleasant sour flavours.

Bottled (Thanks Papsoe!). Hazy ambery brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some acidic wooden and resiny notes. Flavour is sour wood, some resin, mild fruityness and the palate is rather dry.

On tap at the brewpub / farm / guesthouse. Cloudy brown colour, creamy head. Distinctly malty (carahell) aroma, also notes of yeast, caramel and some pinewood, just a little hops (Saaz). The flavour is very fruity and acidic, unfortunately well on its way to vinegar, some residual sweetness. Minimal hops.
