Bottle pours hazy orange with a white head. Not much on the nose, bit of mlt, soap and some fruit. Not getting much I would associate with an APA. Taste is moderately dry but short lived. Medium palate.

(Bottle) Hazy amber with no head. Aroma with nice pine and not so nice cardboard. Light body, fizzy. Flavour is gentle malt most of the way until some pine notes develop and then build into so pretty decent bitterness in the finish. Not as good as some other Moa beers, but definitely drinkable

Bottle from a random bottle shop on the way to Freo. Guessing this is pretty old now as all I can taste is toffee apple. It has a hint of grassiness but it just doesn’t taste remotely fresh

Having tried some other brews form MOA, expected more... Maltiness dominates for the aroma and it seems to affect tasting buds too. Appearance is fantastic with its very foamy clean white head and cloudy brownish body. However this is quite uncharacteristic beer except a punch of maltiness from the first sip.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
330ml bottle into schooner glass. floral, golden, cloudy, white foam, very bitter. Hoppy and bitter, very cloudy in the glass. Nice lacing, some effort has gone into making this beer. Very nice. Inexplicably endorsed by Shane Warne, a man who probably thinks Crown Lager is the height of sophistication.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pale in colour head dissipated very quickly, fruity, passionfruit aroma, earthy hops flavour along with passionfruit and left with a mild bitter aftertaste, mild carbonation, a very good pale ale, not the usual promotional ale’s available

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: FEB 3, 2015 This is really cheap at local and it is a underrated Pale Ale - has a nice pine, passionfruit aroma that jumps right out at you, amber colour, medium body, good head, but quite a bitter finish and aftertaste that may off put some. Probably rated so low because of Shane Warne association but a very good beer for the price

Pours a hazzy orange with minimal head. Aroma is slight orange which continues into the flavour. Flavour feels metallic and dull. Nice. Otherness on the back palate lingers but over all not a nice crisp tasty refreshing beverage you would want to walk you up while trying to watch cricket. Little below average.
