Moa Blanc Evolution is a Belgian style Witbier, with a small amount of coriander added during its extended maturation period giving it a unique spiciness. Rich and mouth-filling, it really is a true wheat lover’s beer.

Tasting Notes
Moa Blanc Evolution has a slight fruity aroma and a crisp, refreshing finish. Stone fruit and hazelnut flavours compliment the distinctive dominant spicy and phenolic characters. With a subtle hop aroma and bitterness, Moa Blanc Evolution is well paired with lightly aged cheeses, smoked and savoury meals, or on its own for a satisfying pint. Moa Blanc Evolution is best served at approximately 4˚C in a pilsner glass.

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear light amber, 1" white head, streaks of lace. Fresh aroma of grass, straw, and malt. Taste is malt with a little butter rum that adds fizz and light hops on the swallow, turning from there to a medium long finish that becomes somewhat sour. A refreshing brew, palate cleansing and light-bodied.

Aroma is straw, clove, lemongrass, yeast and slight earthiness. Taste is sweet malts, caramel and light fruitiness. Some light yeast notes and tanin on finish. The bitterness lasts but isnt overwhelming. Appearance is a lightly hazy with a medium bubbly head that retains very well.

Over excitable and the cork flew over the room and the resulting beer over the keyboard, table, cat and me. Softer and more muted than the Blanc, has a lot going on in the middle, and the finish lingers towards a dryness. Not convinced that this is better, but it is different than the standard.

The bottle looks really nice. Alot of head with big bubbles. Slightly sour smell maybe a little bit yeasty smell. At first you can feel the orange and coriander. Really refreshing. Reminds me of sparkling vines.

Little head, but very lively carbonated on the palate - almost too carbonated. Typical wheat characters on the palate, and quite soft texture,

Visual: Composite corked. Pours almost clear pale orange with virtually no head but lots of very hard to see steady streams. Nose: wheaty citrus malts, pineapple, peach. (lvl-5)-pungency Attack: crisp sweet malts Mid-palate: tangy, medium sour, (lvl-4)-sweetness, (main) wheat malts, hints of pineapple, hints of peach Finish: coriander dryness, dry fruity malt finsh. Summary: Pretty straightforward with a good body and texture. It could be better visually.
