3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Thanks to Sylvia for this. Pretty good witbier. The yeast seemed a bit more like a standard Belgian than a wit. Crisp and a little spicy. Serving: Bottle

The head is robust, the body blond and cloudy. It smells yeasty, malty, hoppy. The taste is carbonated, yeasty, bit malty. ok

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Foamy on dark amber. Quiet scent. Taste starts off with a twinge of sourness which is forgotten after the first sip. Malty for style with a warm growing spiciness.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle - heat, yeast and a bit of citrus. Clear bubbly gold with a decent white head. Light citrus and a bit of hay. Very underwhelming considering the packaging and description. So light it is almost not there.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle of UNE biŤre :P. Pours gold with white head. Nose is coriander, lemon, less spice than typical wit. Flavour is the same with some orange and grape. Finish is mildly tannic. I think all the wheat in this is malted?

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
This is an actually awesome brew. The cork nailed the ceiling with a few short turns of the cage and started to "foam at the mouth". The pour is a bright and glowing pale gold with a huge soapy off white head. The nose has a typical wit aroma with a bunch of beauty spices and a grassy floral essence. Nice crisp and full flavor sipping wit with a lot of heavy spices and a mild hop bitterness.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
An "approx 1.83 standard drinks" bottle. Slightly hazy yellow with orange hue, pretty much no cap. Aroma is great coriander, orange, and lemon. Taste is high citrus with a dimmed spice presence. Nice refreshing but lingering finish.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
It poured with a massive head which stayed well, dying down slowly to a nice cap of about a finger. There was some lacing on the side of the glass.
Carbonation was light in the cloudy, almost rose gold body.
There was not much smell here, just a trace of wheat.
The taste was of spice & wheat with some tartness.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours cloudy pale yellow. Very thin white head that goes away quickly. Very mild and muted beer in many ways, including carbonation and body. Nice beer for this style, but nothing really shines.
