COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Moa Blanc wheat beer is brewed using a blend of 65% wheat malt and 35% barley malt which results in an elegantly smooth beer, with hints of spice and uplifting esters. The slightly cloudy appearance reflects its Germanic origins and itís customary to gently roll the bottle before opening to create an even distribution of the sediment signature.

Tasting Notes
Moa Blanc has a fruity aroma and taste. Banana, vanilla, citrus and bubble gum fruit flavours dominate, with some phenolic characters present. Moa Blanc is a highly drinkable wheat beer, with flavours more moderate than other wheat beers. Hop aroma and bitterness are minimal. Moa Blanc is best served at approximately 4˚C in a pilsner glass.

750ml bottle into pint glass. Champagne bottle with cork! Slight wheat aroma. Cloudy yellow with active but dissipating head. Spritzy mouthfeel leading to burnt malt finish with a little grape. Itís nice but for a wheat beer, so few fruit notes? Highly carbonated, maybe a champagne/beer hybrid?

bottle @ Party Source / Bellevue KY --- Clear light amber with a solid white head cover, splashes of lace. Good aroma of malt and floral hops. Taste is malt and wheat that adds just a touch of vanilla before crisply moving to floral hops on the swallow, with all parts then moving smoothly through a medium finish. Not strong or assertive, but clean, balanced, and easy to drink.

Good beer for summer night. Refreshing orange and banana aroma through to the palate with a bit of sweet potato. No particular note disturbingly dominates and a slight fruitiness lingers on the palate. Loving this as a starter beer.

Tasted 15/12/2014. Poured a hazy golden amber colour with 5mm of white, large bubbled, foamy head that diminished quickly to a collar. Laced very poorly. Carbonation low and coarse; went flat fast. Aroma of malt with subtle hints of wheat but malt dominates; no obvious hops. Taste of sour grain and no real hops; bland. Light body. Gets a bit sour as it warms. Very slight bitterness/spice on the finish. More like a lager than a wheat beer. Poor.

*750ml bottle* I donít know why but this drinks more like a Pislner than a Wheat beer, and itís not until you get to the bit where the sediment clouds up the beer that it looks like a wheat beer might, and I did try, Iíve had experience . Anyway it looks great, fantastic head, and the palate is all soft and low key without any hints of lemons or citrus notes. I though the hops were forward (Again more like a Pils) but I did enjoy it and I do have more to drink.

Bottle - slightly hazy pale yellow with a big white head. There are hints of the banana but the malt dominates with some musty veg. Taste is more like it than the aroma, hints of banana and spice. Nice balanced dryness across the taste and just a nice level of soft carbonation.

2014-07-08. Lightly hazy dark yellow body with a large foamy white head. 3++ Aroma is mild, light wheat grassy hops. Flavour is moderately bitter throughout, light wheat character. Average bodied palate, soft but effervescent carbonation. Enjoyable, relatively mild. Bottle, Tasting at cgarvieukís, Edinburgh

330 ml bottle. BB 29/4/15. O'Hara's, Tampere, Finland. Cloudy pale golden colour with a big frothy white head. Mild aroma of wheat and some sweetness. NZ hops, mild sourness, acidity and some sweetness in the flavour. Not very impressive. Fizzy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
