This beer is one of a kind. The nose is cherry kool-aid but the beer is dry and crisp. The cherry is only experienced in the nose. Very light with striking white head. A good looking beer with a champagne-like character. Not overly bitter, slightly sour and light in a good way.

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2013 Bottle. Pours a hazy orange gold with a finger of quickly settling rocky white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty, cherry, sweet, bread, slight syrup/medicine. Flavor is sweet wheat and cherries up front fading into mild bitter wheat finish. Slightly syrupy/medicinal after taste. Moderate carbonation, light body, and a slightly crisp but ultimately watery texture. Claims to use natural flavoring but tastes quite artificial to me. A mediocre fruit beer, my least favorite of moa’s offerings.

Location: 12.7 oz cork and caged bottle from Total Wine-McLean, 2/5/13
Aroma: The nose is extremely sweet, with lots of fruit on the nose: berries, cherries, etc
Appearance: It pours a hazed golden-orange color with a small froth of white head
Flavor: It tastes rather sweet, but it has enough of something to keep the sweetness a little in balance
Palate: The body is fairly light, it clean feel, soft-to-average carbonation, and is minimally cloying
Overall Impression:
I figured I’d drink this one "mid-afternoon," since that is the time it is most commonly enjoyed. Anyway, this is an interesting one. It is rather sweet and fruity, which is not something I always enjoy, but the fruitiness works pretty well here. Overall, a very solid fruit beer. Even though it is sweet, the sweetness isn’t too cloying. Nicely done. I could see drinking this one for breakfast.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Aromas of sugar-free bubble gum and sliced apples. It’s a hazy, blonde copper color with a thin, soapy head. Initial flavors of banana and vanilla, but it has a very unusual transition midway. It has a biting, not-quite-bitter finish. It has a very effervescent, unusual mouthfeel, almost like a sparkling wine.

UPDATED: JAN 21, 2013 Wheat beer on tap at Engine 15. Fruity aroma, getting orange and apples (not cherries - perhaps this is a different batch?). Hoppy like an IPA. Decent drinkability.

Bottle.
Drank on air during the Bottoms up Dallas radio show - the cork nearly took someone’s eye out upon opening. Golden amber pour with some fluffy head. Nose is bready malt, cherry, wheat. Flavor is fruity and light- would actually work well for breakfast/brunch. Sweet grains, nutty, slightly tart.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 airrick2003 (174) - Louisiana, USA - DEC 28, 2012
Appearance: hazy pale golden color, shallow pale white head that fades quickly
Aroma: cherry, fruity, refreshing, fresh, piney
Taste: cherry initially, very frothy, a hint of spice on the end, not bitter at all, tart
Palate: one of the most frothy and creamy beers I've tried, slight cherry aftertaste, good c02 burn to it
Overall: this is fruit beer done right, pretty sweet but would probably make a fine session beer in the summer

Hazy pale golden in color with a generous bubbly/foamy head. Interesting nose of candied wheat, sour cherry candy, and a lime-like acidity. Flavor was a little too lagery and biscuit/toast-ish for my liking, but there was also a nice wheatiness with some tangy-tartness and a little of that sour cherry candy as well, with a touch of almonds and lime zest. Kinda tart and biscuity...quite cheeky.
