Bottled@HBF2013. Golden colour, small white heqad. Aroma is toffee, sweet malts, some herbs and mild wooden notes. Flavour is bready, floral, fruity, mild caramel and nicely balanced. Very fresh pils.

Pours a bright straw yellow with a profuse sticky white head. Absolutely beautiful pour, a torrent of carbonation swirls around the glass for the duration of the liquid. Wonderful aroma, peppery and dry with fresh cut grass and citrus zest. Absolutely spot on, dry and zesty with fresh cracked pepper and citrus rind. Spicy bitterness leaves just the right grip on the tongue. Light and dry in body and palate with grated citrus zest on the finish.

Pours hazy yellowish with a smooth head. Aroma of malts, grassy hops and hints of butter. Taste is sweetish, malty and slightly hoppy with grassy notes and hints of butter. Finish is sweetish and caramely with hints of soapy notes. Decent pils.

Aroma: grassy, banana, light citrus.
Appearance: light golden, cloudy, nice white head.
Taste: spice, medium bitterness, banana and quite a wheat beer flavour for a pilsner.
Palate: high carbonation, smooth in the mouth, high residual bitterness.
Overall: interesting aromas and flavours, spice and wheat beer flavours accompanying classic pilsner feel. Enjoyable.

From AC Beer Fest. Odd pils. The aroma is grassy, sour, barnyard, a little off. The appearance is hazy yellow, white head. The flavor is sour, grassy, earthy, yeasty. The finish is sour, yeasty, spicy, a bit like unsweetened champagne. Not bad.

New Beer Distributors, NY 375ml ($4): Pours sexy big white head and golden body. Aroma is grassy hops and a hit of citrus. Taste is somewhat bitter. Very nice and smooth. Some degree of complexity. Nice little pilsner aftertaste with some bitterness lingering about. Quite a good pilsner.
