A one-off ginger beer that is a lovely golden colour with negligible head but seems to shine from the glass. Aromas are of a very definite freshly grated ginger, maybe even leaning toward coriander and blood orange peel. This is ably reflected in the flavour. So did I enjoy it? Absolutely. It is a cool refreshing quaffer that cleanses the palate in preparation for something a little richer and heavier. So I might just do that.
