Pours cloudy orange-gold with small white that leaves nice lacing and skim.
Aroma is tangy orange, wood, candy, spice. Taste follows with peppery clove notes bursting through the sweet fruit. There’s a bit of heat, but good brewing technique makes it seem organic from spices rather than a function of the alcohol.
It’s a long way from Belgium, but this is a nice homage to the tripel style.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy dirty orange with a small beige head. Nose brings out Belgian spices, Belgian yeast, and some light fruity esters. Flavour is on the sweeter side, with candied sugar, Belgian yeast, and smoky phenols. Not the most complex tripel, but certainly not bad. Decent.

Gold little rimming head ; aroma is sweet mild malty hit of medicine; Flava is sweet malt with cardboard woody notes and sharp tangy hints of alcohol; feels medium yet crisp sligt fizz; finishes dry but tangy and sweet malty notes

Pours a hazy gold with bright white, semi-long lasting head. Aroma is all phenols and citrus. Starts with cloves then anise and finally orange zest. Flavor is of an intense phenolic yeastiness common to Belgian yeast strains. In the back is alcohol and more citrus along with some malty sweetness. Finishing almost candy sweet, it doesn’t beg you to take another sip. My sample is quite fresh. Id give this one a year in the bottle for the flavors to meld and soften around the edges.

375 ml corked and caged bottle. Clouded yellow orange, big white froth slowly settles, some chunks. Aroma is yeasty fruity, spice and clove. Taste is very fruity, tropical and citric, yeasty, spicy, clove, mild lean malts, barely bitter. Livlier carbonation, light-medium bodied, lightly hopped. ABV well hidden. NFL (Not For Lagerboys)

Golden cloudy appearance, with a small head which clings to the glass, floral perfume aromas, nice mix of flavours, can taste the spicy cloves, had a good balance moderately sweet across the palate, average carbonation a very good example a tripel

Slightly hazy amber pour with small white head. Aroma of yeast, caramel, clove, bubblegum, slight citrus, oranges an bread dough. Taste of yeast, bread dough, caramel, faint citrus, orange peel bitterness. Medium bodied, softer carbonation, well balanced. Very good enjoyable tripel.
