A: poured into a snifter. nice amber color, more orange than red. nice off-white head, with decent retention. light lacing. S: not quite the aroma I was looking forward to. smells of sauerkraut and metal. T: some of that cabbage is in the flavor as well, which is a huge turnoff to me. nothing really stands out to me with this one. big lack in flavor. M: too carbonated, major lack in body. D: not up to par with the rest of the beers in this style. I couldn’t finish it.
