COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Tripel was inspired by the hard working Artisan brewers in monasteries across Belgium. It is said that the Belgian Tripel is regarded by the Belgian ale drinker as a style itself. Our Tripel is a pale colored ale made with Pilsen malt and a traditional addition of Belgian candy sugar, then hopped with German Noble and Saaz hops. This ale has a light malt nose and a subtle hop aroma. In traditional fashion, this Tripel has been conditioned in the bottle to create natural carbonation and long-term stability.
The Tripel pairs well with fine brie and camembert cheeses, spicy Cajun food, crab cakes, shell fish and roast turkey. Delicious with non-chocolate desserts like apricot-amaretto tart, baklava, Linzer torte.

Growler @ RBSG 2015. Thanks, Doug. Orange in color with white foam. Sweet caramel, simple syrup, and honey. Kind of sticky and sweet. Really heavy oxidation such as cardboard. Tastes like grape juice and apple, along with all the syrupy, goopy malts. A lot of caramel and cardboard bitterness.

750mL bottle, pours a dark murky orangey brown with a small white head. Aroma is oxidized, with stone fruits showing up that are massively oxidized. Flavour is so massively oxidized - so stale on the stone fruits. Can’t drink this. Might’ve been better fresh.

Long, acidic finish. (Feel - 3.75) A decent Tripel, but nothing too special. (Overall - 3.75) 3.76 85 B

Right from the pour, I knew this was going to be good. Huge fluffy head, lasts a while too. Buttery, herbal aroma, right on target. One of the better tripels I’ve had in a while, and from the USA to boot! Good all around....

Bomber. Nicely spicy and simple but good yeast character. Pretty dry. Carbonation is a little low for a tripel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A tripel. Nothing more, nothing less. If you’ve had many tripels, you’ve had this before. From large bottle with considerable amounts of sediment.

Apple-ish fruit, earthy, lightly sweet aroma. Earthy yeast and sweet malt flavor; a little fruit. Moderate bitterness. Seems really sweet for the style--but not super cloying.
