An American IPA, golden in color with light malt hues and strong hop characteristics. Its vibrant citrus aromas and bitterness are created from the use of four bold American hops. Our dry hopping gives this beer that distinctive and aggressive hop finish.

Surprised to find this hiding at King Soopers. CO law limits supermarket beer to 3.2%ABW / 4%ABV, so this is the first IPA I’ve seen there. Pale gold, a little chill haze. Could use more aroma, but otherwise delicious. The bitterness is bracing but not overpowering. Session IPA? Love it, could drink this all day. What’s next, session imperial stout?

From the can the pour is slightly cloudy and hay colored, the aroma is hops, yeast and citrus. The taste is initially sweet quickly followed by hops. The hop profile is medium to high, upfront. There is a malt body to the beer. The finish is bitter. The mouthfeel is medium.

Can. Yellow amber pour, with an off white head. Pine, grassy, some bitterness, watery, caramel, grain, and a little metallic. Meh.

This is the Budweiser of IPAs. Light colored with a lot of carbonation bubbles. Smells of grassy hops. The hop bitterness comes out at the end, but overall there is not much flavor. Cracker, grassy hops, a metallic edge. Very watery. It almost feels like a beer for people that want to slam it and get drunk. Not much to actually drink and enjoy.

Draft. Golden color. Aroma with lots of citrus. Taste is also very citrussy, with a little crisp and grainy malt. Very refreshing.

On tap @ Gordon Biersch SLC. Slightly hazed amber looking beer with some white foam. Lots of caramel and brown sugar on the nose. Grassy hops, some flowers, and a bit of soap. A bunch of bread and toast and caramel flavor. No thanks. Mild hop flavor and bitterness and definitely some soapy, floral qualities.

Aroma: citrus and pine, roasted notes. Appearance: golden color and white head. Taste: medium bitterness (pine and herbs), roasted malts, herbs and something like roasted caramel, dry. Palate: low body and medium carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: Quite ok session IPA brewed in a classical way.

Even after drinking low alcohol miller light for a week this beer still tasted bad. Harsh and no real direction just a bunch of hops offset by aluminum.

Tall can served by the very beautiful Mallorie at Iggy’s in Ogden. Faint taste of hops, wheat, citrus and pine. But who care....Mallorie was HOT!!
