Our steamer beer is a unique 100% style lager. Brewed with a special strain of lager yeast that works better at warmer temperatures. This method dates back to the late 1800s, when refrigeration was a greater luxury. Amber in color, medium bodied with a malty character. Mildly fruity with an assertive hop bitterness and a crisp clean finish

Canned: unk Its an amber beer with a solid sheet of toasted foam. Smells woody, creamy and like it has a slight hop kick, and almost herbal hop character. Flavor is much, much more robust than Id anticipated with plenty of roasted malt character, bits of caramel, some more wood, tea, a little cream as well. Full bodied with velvety carbonation and a decently wet finish. A farily decent beer, Id drink again maybe colder and if it were about 50 cents less (paid $2.75).

Can from Sun Devil Liquors.Pours light brown with a half inch of white foam. Leaves a fair amount of lacing. Not much on the nose. Definitley getting some malt action on the tongue. Finish has some fruity elements to it. Pretty good if you ask me.

16 oz tallboy can. Aroma is perfumy, chalky, caramelly, toasty. Pours slightly hazy copper with a one finger collapsing off-white head. Taste is roasty sweet, a little tart. Faint off-note of metal. Medium body, highly carbonated. Pretty tasty.

Poured from a tall can into a glass. One finger of head on an amber colored body. The aroma is a fragrant wet grain smell. The taste is nice with light grain, mild bitter and a little spice. Fairly rich taste for a lager. The texture is smooth with moderate carbonation. A lager with some heft.

16oz can pours with a clear deep amber body that supports a tan head of foam. The aroma offers up sweet fruity ester notes like red apples mixing with a mild malt roastiness, faint caramel malts and then pears at the end of the draw. The taste has a moderate degree of roasted malts and some biscuit malts to go along with sweet lager yeast esteriness thats a little apple and nectarine like. This is pretty nice except I wasnt expecting any biscuit malts or roastiness and as such it seems out of place.

16oz can. Rating #47. Decent lager, amber in color and pretty toasty, not what I was expecting at all. (2794)

Toast/bread crust, caramel/sweet aroma and flavor. Subtle cherry-ish fruit. A tiny dirt/dust sort of flavor. Somewhat "creamy" mouthfeel.

From the can, copper pour with an off white head. Malty flavor and earthy hops. Tasty goodness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Shared with Strykzone via Facebook Chat. This poured a dark amber with a large beige head and lots of lacing. Nose of roasted mats and some floral hops. Medium in body and very smooth of mouthfeel. Flavor is malty with some fruit. Light bitter finish.
