COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our steamer beer is a unique 100% style lager. Brewed with a special strain of lager yeast that works better at warmer temperatures. This method dates back to the late 1800s, when refrigeration was a greater luxury. Amber in color, medium bodied with a malty character. Mildly fruity with an assertive hop bitterness and a crisp clean finish

16 ounce can from Hayduke. We had it together via facebook chat. This poured almost clear brown. Kind of tea colored. A three finger beige head. An aroma of rich malts and those dominated the flavor. Some lager yeast, also. Just a hint of hops are floral and perhaps a bit of citrus. I loved the low ABV. Enjoyable despite not being complex.

500ml can from Douglass88. Nice copper hue with a generous white head. Malty with a bit of caramel, gentle hops; mild bitterness and body, moderate carbonation, fresh and decent.

Nearly perfect nothing in this beer. Aroma is clean and devoid of anything good or bad really. It looks relatively nice but very macro with better retained white head. Taste is almost nothing but very light malt and hop bite and no off flavors. overall fine i guess.

This really hit the spot while we were setting up camp in Zion. A nice hop flavor surprisingly and very smooth and easy to drink. The best Moab beer buy far I’ve had.

Can from a very generous trader. Douglas? I can’t remember. It’s been awhile. I didn’t realize this was a California Common until now. Thanks! Pours amber with white head. Nose/taste of toffee malt, toasted biscuit, bready malt and light spicy hops. Dry crisp finish. Medium body.

16 ounce can
Thanks to Santa for the summer lawnmower beer. This cooled me down after a couple of hours in the July heat. While it isn’t overly complex it does not need to be. This is a campfire beer to share with friends.

Aroma / Appearance - The deep brown base was the color of thick honey. An ivory wisp of thin head barely held on. Almonds, malty iced tea, and the smell of a recently polished oak table filled the air with a soft feel.

Flavor / Palate - The blend of malts and noble hops ease into a refreshing, gentle finish. The bitterness takes a few sips to catch on before growing to full strength. I hope Moab’s other beers are this good.

16 oz can from a trade with Gription79. Pours clear copper color with cream colored head. Grainy and toasted malt aromas. Sweet caramel and grain flavors, slightly fruity with mild bitterness. Medium body with average carbonation. Thanks Dallas.
