Enormous bladder burster can. Nice caramel, slightly mocha aroma. Smooth and easy drinking brown, with a bit of a hop bite up front. Decent.

Tap at the brewery. Pours clear brown with a small, fizzy off-white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is nutty, cookie and light chocolate malt, dates and figs with earthy hops. Flavor is sweet malt dominant with light hops and bitterness, dark fruits and a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Pours a reddish brown with a thick tan head and lots of lacing. Nose is sweet and malty; notes of grassiness and barnyard. Taste is balanced; sweet malt and a slight hop bite. Medium body, lively carbonation. Decent brew.

On tap at the brewpub. Medium amber brown. Dusty cocoa and light coffee aroma. More hop presence on the palate, medium-to-thin bodied. Decent moderately hoppy brown.

Via trade with Spence3208. The aroma is a pleasant mix of caramel, and nuts, little bit of cocoa. The appearance is translucent deep amber, slightly off-white head. The flavor is caramel, bready, nutty, sweet. The finish is sweet, and light hop bittering, mainly pine needles. Medium in body, creamy mouthfeel. Pretty nice.

Thanks Spence3208. Red-brown pour with a tan head. Aroma is roasted malt and a little nutty. Taste is roasted malt, nutty. It has a nice flavorful aftertaste. Great lacing. Got to love a 24 ounce can of tasty beer.

Had on tap at Murphy’s in Manchester, for $4.50. Basically, the flavor profile is what I would describe as stale peanut brittle mixed with edamame and DME in a blender. Rusty light hazy brown pour. Alright. Nutty, which is often the case with browns. Too artificial. Has these strange hose manure aromas which weren’t my favorite.

24oz can: This one pours a clear, dark amber color. There was a very small off white head that didn’t linger long or leave any lacing. The nose is nice. there hints of chocolate brown sugar and roasted malts. The taste is good. A hint of the roastiness, biscuit, as well as a faint nuttiness. A bit of caramel malts. A faint bit of piney hops keeps this pretty evenly balanced. Just a ahir lighter than medium bodied. A decent enough beer!

Pours deep brown, creamy head with lots of caramel on the nose. Creamy, malty taste, walnuts, caramel, and some chocolate. A tad bitter, but all in all, very good!
