3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at The New England Taphouse Grille.
Comes to the table a slightly hazy deep reddish brown with a decent sized ff white head that dissipates rather quickly. Aromas of caramel and light brown sugar with bits of earthy citrus hop. The flavor is lightly sweet dark sugary malt with plenty of earth and citrus to counter.Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation. Standard red ale, serviceable but not horribly exciting.
