On cask at Hair of the Dog in Chattanooga, TN. The body was bright orange and yellowish. The aroma was sweet and meaty with some pears. There was also a little bit of nutty character. The taste was orange peels with some black pepper spice. There was also some bell pepper. A decent brew.
