ROGUE (621), Newark, Delaware, USA Feb 3, 2009 12oz bottle. Pours a transparent golden yellow. Very little head. Smells of corn, grain and skunk thats not too pleasant. Tastes better than it smells, but still no treat. An o.k. mexican brew.
BeerBunker (594), Burbank, Illinois, USA Jan 29, 2009 24oz can. Pours golden clear with a small, fizzy white head. Aroma is of corn, malt, grain, and faint hops. Taste is metallic with lots of corn, cheap beer malt, grain, and the faintest of hops. Not offensive to the taste, but not very good either. TomDecapolis (3122), Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA Jan 27, 2009 Clear 12 oz bottle. Pours a translucent golden with a smaller bubbly white head that left some slight lacing. Aroma was skunky, intially reminded me of the crappy Rolling Rock we would drink in High School, corn, sweet malty notes, very light citrus and a bit grainy. Flavor of the same initial skunkiness, sweet grainy malt notes, corn and a touch of some citrus. nqualls (1429), Nashville, Tennessee, USA Jan 27, 2009 I think mine must have been bad. The aroma was skunky and gross. The flavor was metallic. Not a great combination for a beer. lithy (1600), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Jan 26, 2009 Pale yellow with a soft white cover. Huge skunked grain aroma, corn. Taste is slightly sweet cereal, corn, faint bitterness. tronraner (1905), Maryville, Tennessee, USA Jan 23, 2009 Bottle. Pours clear straw yellow with big white head. The aroma is quite a bit of skunk with chaff, melon, and corn. The flavor is very bland. Not as offensive as the aroma, but there is some corn, grass, zest, and paper. Meh. dkachur (2313), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA Jan 22, 2009 12 ounce bottle from Whole Foods Market Charlottesville. Pours a bright golden color with a small fizzy head. Low head retention and lacing. This beer just reeks of skunk. Also notes of grassy hops and corn. Taste is skunk, grain and corn. Medium bodied. Partyman1000 (3), , California, USA does not count Jan 16, 2009 Decent Beer, good for a tallcan choice, overpriced however if you decide to get a 12pack or what not. Good with food.
