littlecarp (128), Redding, California, USA Mar 30, 2008 Plain with some nice malty notes in the finish. Had with a lime so the flavor was a bit skewed on the sweet side. Slight chemical aroma. wacohoover (100), Garland, Texas, USA Mar 27, 2008 I give this beer a higher rating. For anyone who drank this from a can, I expect a low rating. It completely sucks from a can. But, from a bottle, I find this beer to be suprisingly malty, crisp, and quite tasty. I have had it a couple of times where it didn’t taste very freash, but most of the time, this beer does the trick for me. daknole (2801), Plantation, Florida, USA Mar 25, 2008 Yuck. Many better beers to consume while eating chips and salsa. watery mouthfeel and nothing spectacular. fiver29 (703), Cleveland, Ohio, USA Mar 23, 2008 Bottle pours a dark golden color with off white head. Little aroma and taste reminds me a lot of a corona. Nothing special. Slipstream (734), USA Mar 17, 2008 Beat-up tall boy can from ol’ Mexico. Fizzy dark gold pour, not much head. Negligible aroma, but not bad. A little astringent, and with some malty sweetness. The taste is very light and a little perfumey, which is not typical for a pale lager. Dry finish. Not interesting, but you could have a couple at a party without complaining. esjaygee (1467), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA Mar 16, 2008 12oz bottle. Golden in color with active airy bubbles that burst quickly. Mild macro skunk in the aroma & corn. Starts watery & finishes watery with a small nine volt effect on the tongue. Blah tasting like sour apples or something. Last half down the drain. Grupo Modelo down the drain again… arobe35 (23), Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA Mar 13, 2008 24 oz. can. Poured with almost no head and was completely gone in seconds. I must say it has a slightly better taste than Corona (not saying much). Overall, if last option...drink water. ogivlado (3036), Zagreb, Croatia Mar 11, 2008 Canned (710ml). -no alcohol content written on the can
Golden coloured, small airy head, lively carbonation. Faint hoppy and sweet caramelish taste with notes of corn and cardboard. Watery bitter finish. Just another Corona crap.
