coldbrewky (716), Saugerties, New York, USA Sep 18, 2009 Bottle at La Prima Trattoria (new location) Cozumel. 2 for 1 happy hour. The Wife says..." Looks like beer to me" A fair bit maltier than the rest of the Mexican lager Blitzkreig that I have been wholeheartedly participating in for the past two weeks. Light plus body. Lime gives this a proper bitter bite for finish since Hops seem to be a taboo ingredient in the majority of beers in Mexico. Fratto (662), Arlington, Texas, USA Sep 16, 2009 Typical Mexican pale lager with bland taste and not much else. Not half as good as a Negra. beernbourbon (228), chicago, Illinois, USA Sep 11, 2009 Can. It’s fine, but not very clean. I will put a lime in this one on occasion to make it more tolerable. It’s really messy, even for pale lager. I will still buy it from time to time. i like the can. Thats really all I can say. madquacker (706), Canberra ACT, Australia Sep 11, 2009 Awful corn watery concoction. I had forgotten how bad beer could be. Nasty and cheap. Terrible. brenn79 (140), Idaho, USA Sep 5, 2009 bottle- FIRST DRINK- Watery and skunky. LAST DRINK- One of the worst beers i’ve rated, Watered down like most Mexican beers, only add skunk to the recipe. doubelknv3 (559), Illinois, USA Sep 4, 2009 Straw yellow with frothy white head. Mild lemon, grain/biscuit aromas. Mild citrus and mild sweet malt flavours. Watery with no bitterness. Pookie9121 (81), Columbia, South Carolina, USA Aug 21, 2009 12 oz bottled poured into a glass. Not a bad Pale Lager but definitely not a good one. A bit harsh/bitter. Otherwise just an average Pale Lager. No other defining traits. DarkSong (101), Dacula, Georgia, USA Aug 18, 2009 12 oz bottle poured into a glass. Pours a pale yellow color with a almost nonexistent quickly vanishing head. It has a skunky aroma. Tastes slightly skunky but is a refreshing easy to drink beer. This beer doesn’t strike me as special in any way but is definitely drinkable.
