Joeh (1908), Buckinghamshire, England Jul 19, 2007 Clear glass bottle. Pale gold without much aroma. Doesn’t taste of much, some malt and some banana notes. Not objectionable though, like many pale lagers are. Think this is a little better than the score suggets. obguthr (986), Poquoson, Virginia, USA Jul 14, 2007 Cherry syrup aroma. Golden color, no head. Equal balance of cherry and hop notes. Grass finish. Noticeable lack of carbonation. biggmike (480), Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA Jul 10, 2007 Its pretty sad when your commercial description talks about being the leading beer sold in cans in Mexico. Typical crap, though it least it has a decent alcohol content. golubj (1275), Sunnyvale, California, USA Jul 8, 2007 Bottle. This is a very dry lager, and it tastes mostly of an earthy malt with a little twist of lime already in it. Not very good. mhelgason (495), Charlotte, North Carolina, USA Jul 5, 2007 bottle. average, white, fizzy head into clear straw yellow body. aroma is rather skunky with some corn. Flavor is a bit watery with sourness with some sweet in finish. Has that Mexican beer aroma-skunky in a good way. Good for Mexican style. Glazed9884 (207), USA Jun 30, 2007 xxx this was fairly drinkable, not my favorite but it wasnt a bad beer really.............. stefanje (937), (Santee) San Diego, California, USA Jun 29, 2007 Updated: Sep 13, 200724 oz can. Pours a nice yellow gold, with a white head that quickly disappears. No mention-worthy aroma or flavor detected. This stuff is bland, bland, and bland. Mouthfeel is thin and watery with some slight fizz from artificial carbonation. Finishes with sour chemical off-flavors. This is one of the worst beers I have ever sampled, makes Bud look like speedway stout. chkmhnsthrh (17), Texas, USA Jun 27, 2007 Can. Sour water... Better than Corona, but not near as good as the other "Mexican Beer" I’ve had.
