drowland (1337), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Aug 18, 2009 Had a sample at a big food and beer tasting in Cedar Falls, IA. All I wrote down was "Surprisingly similar to American light beers." agillespie81 (190), Denver, Colorado, USA Aug 16, 2009 Deep golden color...fluffy head, with great lacing. Faint aroma. Front is light, with a hint of sweet malt...mouthfeel is slightly crisp. Mild flavor continues into the back. Finish is somewhat dry, with just a touch of sweetness. Finally, a Mexican lager that doesn’t remind me of Mexican water...very drinkable, with a decent taste to boot. goozen (1061), Leiden, Netherlands Aug 16, 2009 Bottle 0,33ltr: An coppery/yellow clear watery beer from Mexico-city. An two for the obtainable rearness in the Netherlands. stef92 (67), Williamstown, New Jersey, USA Aug 14, 2009 TERRIBLE! Piss yellow coloring and skunky aroma. 2 sips and I poured it out. Not sure what this is all about but I would not drink this again. Ron (1000), Rochester, New York, USA Aug 9, 2009 Steve B. brought this to the Islands ’09’. Clear golden pour with a scant white head. The aroma was overly sweet with lots of corn and some soapy notes. Flavor is basically the same. Light and watery. Pinball (2685), Allerød, Denmark Aug 9, 2009 bottle from palladio, new market, rhodos.
clear yellow, small white head.
sweet, almost syrupy corn aroma, faint spritty.
flaovr is corn, syrup, faint metallic, honey, faint gasoline. redlem (1155), Illinois, USA Aug 9, 2009 A standard new world interpretation of a pilsner....light in color with no head. A standard BMC taste....bad...with the can coming out fairly well.
