This is way better than Yuppie Corona. We used to go to an annual party and all the jive asses would drink corona wit lime. They thought my indian roommate and I were low life’s for drinking Budweiser out cans. I wish we would have brought some of this for them they wouldn’t be able to handle the skunky corn taste. THE best Mexican beer I have ever tasted.

Mine was Sku-unky! Everything improved with a lime though. Minus the skunk...was rice and corn sweetness with a mild hoppy taste. If you ever end up south of the border, better hope you have a lime on hand though.

Golden color with little or no head. The taste is sweet light malty and light notes of corn. Light hoppy notes on the palate. Very boring and thin.

drank a couple cases of this over the last few weeks. much better than corona. We get this a lot during trips to Mexico, and it’s a fine everyday beer. clear, mild, not tinny, better without lime than with IMO,

A little skunky and a lot of hops. That is how i describe this one. Except for the fact that it is a little more bitter than Corona, this beer is almost indistinguishable from other Mexican beers. Certainly more interesting than many macros on the market but that is not saying much.

Pours a nice clear golden color, thin head, good carbonation, aroma is malty and sweet, kinda fruity, taste is kinda unique, light malt, not much for body, a strange bitterness hits you in the body, ain’t great but drinkable.

I could smell the skunk as soon as I opened the bottle. Poured yellow with a lot of fizz and little head. Just a bad taste that got worse as it sat on the palate....not good at all and I ended up pouring it down the sink.

This was alright. The darker was far superior. It did not have that great aftertaste that the dark one has. This wasn’t bad though.
