Gold color with minimum head, faintly skunked but I've had far worse. Light bodied, a little orange/lemon acidity and a nothing at all finish. Other than for the novelty (I guess) of drinking a Mexican beer, I see no reason for this product to exist.

Nothing to wrong with this one, except an almosy complete lack of flavor. The lime was nice...

This is a good alternative to Corona, goes well with Mexican food. Interesting bottle shape too.

Here is a Mexican beer you can enjoy without a lime. Great with food (guess which type), and overall an easy one to drink. Next time (if there is a next time) you crave a Corona or Dos Equis, try one of these instead. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Diablokev (139) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - JUL 28, 2003
The aroma is light and of tin. The appearance is a clear gold, with a thin white head. The flavor is week yet sweet super light hint of hops and light bitter aftertaste. The beer is crisp and easy to drink. Overall very average.

Uglyradio (791) - Greenville, South Carolina, USA - JUL 18, 2003
This Mexican pilsener pours a clear, golden color with a small, bubbly white head that dissipates. The aroma is mildly skunky at first, but that recedes revealing a hoppy, very slightly malty, grassy aroma. The body is light with high carbonation and a very crisp mouthfeel. The flavor up front is lightly hoppy and grainy with just a hint of malty sweetness. The finish is very clean and crisp with almost no aftertaste. Not really bad, but definitely nothing to get excited over. Beats Corona and most American Macros.

Am rating without lime, but will squeeze one in as soon as rating is done. Aroma is hoppy/skunky with light whif of hay. Appearance is typical yellow/fizzy. Flavor is little skunky, not real good, am looking forward to the lime.

pretty bad..had a nice mildly sweet aroma and a nice golden color. How ever it does taste like dirt. But not like that real good dirt bought at Home Depot, but the kind of dirt that is at a park for kids.

Golden color with a minimal spritz white head. Very light herbal hops aroma with only a hint of malt. Wow, this is not nearly as good as the aroma, and the aroma is borderline. Add a lime maybe it will taste more like a margarita.
