Bleh. Tastes like corona only more water and stale. I don’t have anything good to say about this beer... Not even on a hot summer day when it is ice cold.

Can at home. Pours a perfectly clear reddish yellow with a head the flees from the glass as fast as it can. Smells of sweet hay and apple. Very light sweet taste with a hint of bitterness. The palate is very light and the finish is non-existent.

Refrigerated bottle poured into a glass. Pours a golden color with little head. This beer is a little watery. Taste is malt (corn with a little paper taste). Nothing special, but ok.

12 oz. bottle. Light yellow body with white fizzy head which vanishes quickly. Smell of plain hops with corn malt undertone, no bad aromas but nothing notable here. Taste is of paper, it’s very watery. At least it’s got 6% booze.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a thin short lived head over a ....yellow (SRM 5) clear body.....nose is light malt (bread, biscuit) with very light hop spice......taste is mild also with slight malts minimal hops....mouth feel is light, carbonation medium. This is a nice pale lager. Pale lager is a semi-beer style, somewhere between awful and almost drinkable. This is not a Pislner, which is a great, and recognized, style.

Ok, this beer came up in a discussion with a co-worker who goes to Mexico YEARLY... He says Modelo is the best, Corona is the Busch of Mexican beers? So I decided to try it.... 1st was in a 24 oz. can, It was decent , but.... I had to try it in a Bottle to rate it ! My 1st bottle , had that " I’ve tasted this before" taste ? I think what is was is Pilsner Urquell watered down? Or if Urquell were to make a light pilsner? I thought it was very good tasting , little fizz , light aroma , hoppy but mellow ! Very little aftertaste ... 6% ABV this would replace my Hornsby’s but not my Steel Reserve ! I would buy this a lot more often , but the price is the Biggest turn - off for me , about this Cerveza !
