1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
UPDATED: MAY 8, 2013 24 oz bottle pours a typical lager color with fizzy head that fades no head. Smells skunky and sweeet malt and faint hops. Flavor is typical of a Mexican lager. Mouthfeel is thin and watery. Only drank this because its Cinco De Mayo. Should have bought a Corona familiar instead.

0.5 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20
This is a remarkable brew, as it doesn’t even taste or smell like beer. The stuff just fizzes away before you know it. Really not worth you while, not even ice cold.

Dark yellow color. No Head. A bit more taste than Corona Extra of Sol. Light beer which is best to drink on a hot summer day.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
12 oz chilled can into a glass mug. Totally clear, yellow, well carbonated, support fizzy head. Nose is not much. A little sweet and a little bready. Body is thin and watery, a little crisp. Taste is bland. A hint of bitterness, a whisper of malt. Not actively unpleasant, bit morning worth drinking.

2.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
It is not in line with European lagers in general. But it has good malt fill, sensible bitter hopping and fine thirst-quenching properties. Carbonation is sufficiently soft and able to keep it vibrant and lively while it is easy to drink. Clear European style in its expression, but still somewhat anonymous among the lagers we usually will find below our European skies. Should I some day end up in a lounge chair on the beach in Acapulco, so it is this lager I will choose!

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20

Decent Mexican import. Beats corona by a wide margin. No line needed here and relatively smooth
