This beer appears gold and clear with a minimal head. The taste lacks bitterness. This is a light beer.

thin and utterly characterless...but it’s not awful. it tastes like a lager and you could do much worse.

Transfer from BA review on 1-26-13- Poured from bottle into pint glass Appearance – Poured from bottle as a medium golden color with a one finger white head. The head fades rather fast leaving only a lighter level of lacing. Smell – The aroma is a mix of corn and some fruity smells. Mixed with these was a skunky smell with a light vegetal aroma. Taste – The taste begins with flavors of a bread and corn mixed with hints of a caramel sweetness. As the flavor advances further the caramel fades giving rise to more sweet corn flavors. Some citrus flavors and a grassy flavor come to the tongue more at the end, leaving a rather unpleasant mix of flavors on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the thinner side in terms of its creaminess with a carbonation level that is a little above average. The thinner body and higher carbonation are quite fitting for the style, making it a rather easy drinking brew. Overall – I think I would leave this one alone on most occasions.

UPDATED: AUG 28, 2014 Rather skunky beer with lots of burnt malt or malt-like aromas. Richer and fuller than many in the style but very unclean.

Yup, checking into this. Typical "south of the border" light lager. Watery, although I would still take this over a BMC just about any day.

Aroma is sweet lemon with a hint of cardboard. Appearance has an okay head and a boring yellow body. Flavour is rotten bread dipped in a vat of mineral water. Medium mouthfeel. It’s a below average lager.

I don?t always leave short ratings... But when I do, it?s because the beer tastes no different than water. My first all 1s!!! Oh this was on tap.

Not much of an aroma, golden colour no head, no taste, with a watery feel and not palate.

The aroma fooled me into thinking it would be okay with the faint smell of grasses. The taste was a metallic carbonation bomb with little in the way of resembling a beer. It was also awful on the palate as we’ll.
