Clear gold with thin disappearing head. Tastes flat. Slightly above average mass produced lager. Nothing wrong hear. Refreshing.

Why would you buy this foul tasting beer, when you can buy better AAL?. In fact, anything by BMC is better than this beer.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. Aroma- Grain and corn Appearance- pours a golden amber color with a large off-white head. Taste- Corn and grain Palate- Light bodied beer with moderate carbonation Overall- A typical macro Mexican import, it is better than Corona.

(not yet oxidized - darn - let sit aside for a while in the sun, then voilà) bottle from seb, thanks. pours clear bright gold without a head, dull looking. malt and corn extract, semi-sweet creamed corn, heavy grass, honey, cardboard, very chalky. light carbonation, light body - surprisingly not watery for its abv/quality; relatively dry and bland grassy-herbal finish. had worse, man.

Clear bottle, super skunked. Cooked veggies, sharp skunk, cheap grains, light fusel aromas. Mouth feel and carb at good. End is very dry, and lightly bitter. Pretty rough.

Bottle. Pours copper with no head. Immediate skunk aroma with a bit of spice. Thin up front with more hop bite than some of its counterparts. Probably would taste better on a beach in Mexico than April in Maine. This one’s forgettable but at least its drinkable.

UPDATED: APR 27, 2015 Damn, I like this beer. I wanted to rate it higher, but it’s not like it blows my mind or anything. This is the ultimate in the Pale Lager type of beer. It’s not my favorite type of beer, nor is it probably anyone’s favorite. Arguably the most soda-like flavor of beer, with the high carbonation, sweetness of flavor, and easy drink-ability akin to a refreshing lemonade.... It’s just the easy beer, for when you just kinda wanna relax, have a brew, and not even think about it. And damn does Modelo Especial hit that refreshing feeling. It’s smooth, it’s not too sweet, it’s likeable and soft in approach and feel. I may sounds like a freak about this....But it’s just simple, easy, smooth, and just the right bit of rough....like a kitten that you’ll play with and it’ll scratch you- you look at the little red claw marks and meet the kittens glance and you can see the childish joy it gets in causing you so slight a pain. Okay. Aroma: Bread, berries, hay, corn, a little bit alcohol...interesting. Appearance: the bottle is fucking awesome, the label pristine and sand colored. The beer is a orange-gold glow. Slight remaining sea-foam head. Taste: please refer to my previous explanation. Palate: lasting crisp taste that makes you dry of mouth and feel slightly buzzed....fizzy, sweet, cold, like a perfect summer day’s drink. overall: heaven

Wenig Schaum, der dabei sehr grobkörnig daher kommt. Geruch schwach, aber frisch. Geschmacklich sehr mild, kaum Aroma. Recht rezent, aber hartes Wasser und ungutes Mundgefühl.
