Poured into a pint glass. Light straw color with a half inch of head that quickly disappeared to just covering the surface. Fairly fragrant for its style. Lots of honeysuckle... actually only honeysuckle, but still nice. The taste is hard to pin down. Smooth with a slight honey flavor midway through. The taste is "refreshing" without any bite. Light towards medium body with moderate carbonation. Crisp and clean. One of the top beers for its style. Smooth and easy drinking, plus it smells good.

Presentation: It was poured from a clear bottle into a Pilsener glass. Appearance: The body has very good clarity, some visible carbonation and a bright golden color. It forms only a small bright white head that fades fast. The fast fading head is reduced to just a small ring of foam that makes some slick lacing. Smell: The aroma is full of adjunct filled malt with some dry hay and grassy hops. Taste/Mouth: There are some mild corny and grainy flavors with some other cooked vegetable notes and grassy hay like notes. The finish is very clean with some mild bitterness quickly fading off the tongue. The palate is crisp and easy drinking with a light to medium body and nice active carbonation. Notes: Not bad at all and when served ice cold it works well to clean the palate of hot spicy Tex/Mex food.

My first beer in Mexico. Tastes great with lime and salt. It is light but has good flavor

Enjoyable, crisp beer. I prefer Tecate, however. This one is good without lime and salt, and best out of the bottle. Has an enjoyable hop bite and a slightly bitter goodness to it.

Very refreshing beer. This one is good for quenching thirst and you’ll also get allot of alcohol from this guy. It’s nice if you want that without too much bitterness. Light in hops and has a slightly mild maltyness. Easy mouth feel. What can I say, just a lifesaver in the desert!

a light import, better than corona and considerably better than tecate! don't necessarily need a lime to enjoy it. better from a bottle than from a can.

translucent gold with no head, medium-light body with medium-high carbonation.

aroma: sweet biscuity malt.

taste: biscuity malt sweetness, and faint herbal hops.

well balanced, and much better than i expected. it’s not even skunky tasting, even with the clear bottle. it must have just been taken out of the case. not really any noteworthy adjunct or off flavors either. seems like an underrated victim of beer prejudice.

Clear deep gold with a large white long lasting head. Spotty lacing. Nice grainy grassy herbal aroma. Taste is well balanced with sweet malts dominating in the beginning then the grassy herbal hops show up with a light but distinct bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a smooth easy drinking quality. With the relatively low abv. of 4.4% this has so much more flavor than any light beer on the market.
