Received some cans from our new neighbors in exchange for a couch and a tv we couldn’t keep due to having to move out. Funny because we were going to offer them some beers for taking the stuff off our hands!

It’s a pretty simple brew, with a nice sweet finish. There is really not much to it, but it’s pretty refreshing. It would really hit the spot on a hot summer day.

Poured like Bud, looked like Bud, tasted sweeter than Bud with a touch more of an after taste. Sort of the Taco Bell of Mexican imports - truth to tell, though, it holds its own against Corona - but priced accordingly...

Cherry syrup aroma. Golden color, no head. Equal balance of cherry and hop notes. Grass finish. Noticeable lack of carbonation.

UPDATED: JUN 6, 2008 I’m re-rating this because I had a couple in Nashville recently after having two other beers that were far better. The boiled corn taste got to me and I came close to pouring. I would have if not for the fact that it was all the beer I had left. If it had been one of those burnt craft ales I would have.

22 can from fry’s on 7/24/11. damp smelling. a little vomit-y business in there along with florals, spiciness and a fair amount of sugar. it is fairly crisp and quaffable but i don’t know if i’d want to hammer a few of them... 4/3/4/3/9/2.3-

Tasted 2-2-10 I bought this one in a small market in Mexico when I was there in February. pale yellow color, fizzy head, nose is corn and slight hops, flavor is similar kinda bland but must be a fresh can since not skunky. thist quencher but not interesting.
