Pours a golden yellow. Aroma of corn, grains and some hops with a hoppy flavor and a bit of sweetness detectable on the finish.

Poured a tan yellow, mith more tint than i expected. Carbonated fizzy head. Dies quickly. Crisp taste. The alcohol makes up for the lack of flavor in the beer. It ends up tasting like harsh hops. Overall not as bad as i expected, but way too pricey at $16 for a 12 pack

(Bottle) Pours a light yellow color, with a white foamy head. Aroma of corn flakes. Taste is similar, with a sweet and syrupy finish. Decent mouthfeel for a pale lager. Not the worst Mexican beer... in fact, it is probably one of the better.

I had quite a few of these beers while on vacation in Mexico. Dubbed the "working class beer" by my sister, it fit the bill. The color was clear gold, with a small, bubbly white head. It had a corny, grainy hop aroma; not much malt to speak of. The flavor was mostly bitter with a bit of sourness. A thin, dry beer with little carbonation and not much of a mouthfeel. Overall it was one that was easy to drink in the heat, but not much on character.

An average lager, but I preferred this to Corona, Dos Equis and Sol when in Mexico. Not sure why, but preferred withoot lime. The dark version is better.

Bottle. This is a very dry lager, and it tastes mostly of an earthy malt with a little twist of lime already in it. Not very good.
