COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lomaland is Belgian-style saison thatís both complex and quaffable. In keeping with the farmhouse tradition, Lomaland is brewed with barley, wheat, and corn, giving it a complex and delicious malt body that pairs beautifully with food. Czech Saaz hops are added in the kettle to give it a lightly grassy, peppery note and just enough bitterness to cleanse the palate. Itís distinctively rustic, earthy aroma comes from the unique blend of traditional Belgian yeast strains (95% Dupont/5% Westmalle) we use to ferment it.

Pours a lightly hazy yellow with lots of life and a solid white head. Saison yeast dominates the aroma with nice lemon and pepper notes, cereal grains in the back. Taste has a bit of clean tartness and light Noble hops. A bit fruity. Clean and easy drinking, solid canned saison.

Pours golden yellow with white head. Aromas are very fruity, mango, white wine. Pretty dry like champagne, with a bit of dry hops. Funky, interesting take on a saison.

Started with this. Not as much fanfare for this as their hoppy amber and wheat, but itís damn good. Almost surprisingly so. Very floral and lightly fruity, honeysuckle and light pepper on the nose and flavor. Crisp and very flavorful. Great low(er) abv beer. An herbal saison clinic :) Thereíd be a 7.5 and a couple 8.5ís in here..."

This light gold beer has a lemony aroma. Skittle spice and nice Belgian flavor are paired very well. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Thanks to BLG for this. Pours hazy gold with a big frothy white head. Aroma is grass, pepper, light hop and yeast. Taste is a great mix of saison dryness, light funk and earthy hops.

Can from unknown via Denver. Pours a hazy straw color, lots of fast-dissipating head. Aroma arch and slightly floral, some estery notes, too, bananas? Body arch with a lingering weird almost tart character. Pomegranate? Not at all true to style, I like my saisons a bit drier this this, but not bad overall.

Can. Nice, light, grainy, little bit of fruity sweetness, cherry maybe. Taste is quite dry and refreshing. Something solvent like in there, but thatís not necessarily a bad thing right now. More fruity further down. fruit drops, bit tropical, but grainy dryness keeps it in check. Little bit of creaminess too. Nice.

Tap at Marciero. PAstel yellow, almost anyhow, with a low head. Meaty fruits in the nose, yeast, honey malt, lemon, funk minerals. Biscuits. Decent, but comes off either as too American for a saison, or more like a tripel. Heavy yeast and malts.
