A well crafted APA! I love the malty pinch in my throat as this Pale Ale goes down. As the previous review mentioned, this has a cracker like taste that is very enjoyable! I really like this one and can’t wait to see it in a bottle.

(tap) clear, bright pale yellow colour with a medium tall white head; aroma of lemon, flowers; light, clean flavour with a long light bitter finish

Bottle share (thanks to the beards!) Pours an off-color orange with a small fluffy head. Some lacing in the snifter. The aroma was light fruits, slight pine and pine resin, fresh grass, and cereal grains. The taste was similar with a fruity finish. The hops were also a little biting on the end which worked nicely. Light body, medium carb. Very tasty.

22oz bottle in a teku. Pours amber/copper with a lacy, white head. Aroma of floral and lightly citrusy/fruity hops, some pale and caramel malts, and some dough. Flavor the same. Average texture. A pretty good beer but I was expecting more after having Fortunate Islands.

Bottle from unknown. Pours a pale orange, little bit of white lacing. Aroma malt forward, pilsner malt? Toasted rice? Body medium arch, slightly bitter. Tasty.

Obtenu via Craftshack.

And this beer delivers. Very similar to Easy Jack from Firestone Walker but with a drier white wine finish to it. There is a bit of unripe melon in the mix as well. The bitterness really lingers but not in an overbearing way. As it warms, a little bit of astringent lemon.

Bottle. Hazy gold with a thick white head. Aroma is tropical fruit and grass. Taste adds some biscuity malt. Crisp seltzer like mouthfeel. Awesome.

Bottle. Dark orange. Tropical fruit aroma. The taste is a perfect hoppy pale ale that finishes with sweet fruit but very balanced. Light bitter ending. Session mouthfeel with full flavor. Excellent. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

San Diego Summer Trip 2014 - Easy drinking pale ale. Good malt and hops balance. A very tasty beer.

On tap @ Beachwood Brewing. Clear straw pour with a fluffy white head. Slight grassiness but otherwise dominated by melon, tart berries, and citrus zest. A lot of kumquat and grapefruit. Some bready malt and dough. Flavor is quite citric and even a touch acidic. Major berry, lemon, and kumquat. Mild grass bitterness and some sweet honeydew. Kind of funky and a bit of green grape. Nice stuff.
