A dry, cracker-like malt body paired with a huge helping of Nelson Sauvin and Cascade hops. Our approach is similar here as it is with Fortunate Islands: somewhat restrained bitterness, but massive hop aroma and flavor. When we piloted this beer, we loved how the fruity dankness of the Nelson paired with the grapefruity zest of the Cascade.

A well crafted APA! I love the malty pinch in my throat as this Pale Ale goes down. As the previous review mentioned, this has a cracker like taste that is very enjoyable! I really like this one and can’t wait to see it in a bottle.

On tap at Stone 17th anniversary party. Lightly unclear, golden in color and with a small off-white head. Apricot, pine cones and pineapple on the nose, some hints of pale malts. Medium body, nice carbonation, quite dry. Bitter flavor with some pale malts and lots of hoppy flavors. Bitter, fruity finish. A nice one, but maybe a bit dry and bitter. 130816

Pours a light bright orange with a small white head with some lacing. Aroma taste is is of citrus peels, pine, dank hops, tropical fruits, and some cracker malts. Taste is about the same as the aroma minus the dankness but more cracker malts. Has a medium body with a semi creamy mouthfeel and a dry, semi bitter, refreshing, medium finish. Overall, a pretty hoopy and tasty APA.
